| ADVANTAGES - wall thickness 0,9mm reduces heat flow resistance and in turn ensures efficiency of corrugated heating pipe comparable with steel pipes
- special shape of corrugated heating pipe assures proper mechanical resistance while the wall thickness is smaller than for normal PP pipes
- large heating surface contact area with air is approximately 2 times bigger (1412cm2/1m) than in case of standard PP pipes (785cm2/1m). Having ability to use thinner wall results in ~30% higher heat dissipation comparing to standard PP pipes.
- increased mechanical and thermal resistance corrugated heating pipes are designed for maximum operational temperature 60/80°C and maximum operational pressure 2.5 bar
- quick assembly

ASSEMBLY
Corrugated heating pipes, no matter what quality class, can be assembled in one of the following ways:
- During replacement of current plain pipe with corrugated one, existing tightened connectors can be used (often installation or also used for hydrating).
Notches are in form of rings, not spiral so in most cases such assembly doesn't carry a risk of spills.
It depends however on technical condition and type of tightened connectors. - For new systems we suggest to use our dedicated solution, which is based on special corrugated gaskets and spigots (depending on needs can be made in two versions- for inserting into 3/8" valve or to be welded directly into collector).
Such assembly is very quick and tight, also when version with spigot for welding is applied - definitely the cheapest.
In order to assemble the system you need to mount the gasket into pipe's ending and put the whole set on steel spigot welded into collector or screwed into a valve.
FIXING OF DAMAGED HEATING SYSTEM
In order to connect pipes together or quick repairs (e.g. fixing of a cut pipe) we recommend special double spigots, which together with corrugated seals allow repairing installation in a few minutes. It is enough to cut the pipe completely in a place of damage, put on both sides corrugated seals, and push both on plastic double spigot.
CONSTRUCTING OF TEMPORARY INSTALLATION WITH PLASTIC COLLECTOR
You can quickly assembly system with plastic collector very quickly using special seals from our offer (e.g. using widely available construction PE pipes). In order to do that you need to drill a whole O19mm in a collector, mount special seal and push plastic double spigot. Having a collector prepared in such way you can mount heating pipes directly to it.
NOTE
You can use mild washing liquid or soap while assembling pipe and corrugated seal. Never use grease.
NOTE
In order to use heating pipes for benches it is required to use additional mounting elements, which keep pipes around 2cm above capillary mat or tub. It allows reducing evaporation and increases heating efficiency.
